BD Displays

UCF faculty startup that provides innovative micro-displays for a range of applications. The Venture Lab is assisting the faculty in the creation of SBIR grant commercialization plans.

MyCaseSpace

Dr. Segal, a UCF faculty member, has created a software-media platform that enables the creation of highly interactive medical case scenarios for training medical students and other healthcare professionals. The Venture Lab is assisting with business planning and recruitment of team members to complete the product and introduce it in the marketplace.

PICO Technologies

Small business that includes two UCF faculty (CREOL and Computer Science) that created an innovative LCD display technology for military boats and pilots. The company was awarded SBIR Phase I and Phase II grants, and the Venture Lab has been actively involved in the creation of the commercialization plans for these awards.

SciNet -Clear Village Software

UCF faculty spin-out that enables regional government agencies to more efficiently provide services to their citizen constituents.  The Venture Lab assisted Dr. Ron Eaglin with the creation of business plan and recruitment of new CEO for Clear Village spin-out company.

SD Photonics

UCF faculty project that is seeking SBIR Phase I funding. The Venture Lab is assisting with the formation of the commercialization plans for relevant SBIR proposals.
