the Winter Park Angel investment group. The Venture Lab screens
applications, runs the group’s monthly meetings, conducts
due diligence, and assists members with terms of investment offers
to promising Florida-based technology companies.
Newgate Capital is a boutique M&A group
that invests in early-stage companies, and then assists with their
strategy, growth, and exit strategies. The Venture Lab occasionally
assists Newgate in assessing technology companies that are under
consideration for investment or acquisition by the Newgate team.
